Dear fans of the world of the Mini and the beautiful mechanics in general,

It is with deep regret that we announce to you the end of the organization and the cancellation of the "National Rally Mini".
We have worked hard in order to organize the "National Rally Mini". This will make almost a year since we work hard to successfully organize the rally. All the organizing team has given a lot of energy to work on different parts of the organization.
Turmoil undermines Charade Circuit was to be the rallying point for the restarting of the National Gatherings. Some of you have already started to follow the negative news around the Circuit. For over a month we tried to find ways to see to what extent we can continue to prepare the "National Rally Mini". But it seems that there really too many things (and people) who want to see this circuit disappear. On the one hand the residents who have achieved successful for noise which makes the circuit unusable as such because the level requested in the vicinity of the circuit is low enough (55dB) so that the recorded level can certainly be exceeded (http://www.pour-charade.fr/).
On the other hand the safety commission is even more fussy than usual to require that all the work for compliance is looped to allow anyone (except industrial trials) to drive on the track. Even a simple parade Mini as we wanted to do is impossible.
And finally a new president of the SAEML (limited company of local semi-) which is not too far to help make a difference. All these factors support the fact that a large part of the gathering can not come to an end or can not take place in serene conditions. Inability to let fans access to the track (ie paddocks and track suspended animation) for the activities of free riding and for the final parade. General noise level of the event scaled back (podium music muted and forced to drive vehicles not in and around the circuit). Next enrollment, you are very likely to you are the 4 corners of France and abroad. Our goal registered for the static part in almost been reached and the party track well beyond our expectations. Your enthusiasm to register and we receive regular mail confirms that you are very likely to want to participate in a common event.
We validated the majority of events that would be made on site with material structures, endowments and lots of workflow.
Partners of big names had already said "yes" to help us make this gathering even more attractive. And others would.
Professionals have answered this to set up their stand there.

In short everything was good for you.

This slap beyond our control therefore requires us to cancel the rally. We hope you will understand our dismay and anger.

We thank Miss M. Lachat Jollain and their listening and their desire to move forward despite the problems surrounding Charade.

Despite the problems this cancellation, we will refund all registered for the rally.

We will not restart the new organization of National Gathering for 2012. We prefer to revive the "Mini Tour de France" not to break the inter-club enthusiasm of the previous edition and with this continued to honor the active clubs in France (and maybe the clubs Border ).
